Property:MSP is white powder with melting point is at 190℃. MSP Dihydrate (NaH2PO4.2H2O) is colorless crystal with melting point at 57.4℃. All are easily soluble in water, but MSP is not in ethanol solution. Specification:
Usage:For food additive, MSP is used as improver, emulsifier in food processing in food industry. MSP is mainly applied to cheese, drinks and jelly. Package and Storage:MSP is packed in 25kgs net paper bags or 25kgs net plastic woven bags. MSP should be stored in a ventilative and dry warehouse instead of in the open air, kept away from water, moisture and sunlight during transport, handled with care, so as to avoid damage to plastic bags.
