Properties:

SHMP is white powder with relative density of 2.484 (20℃). It is also easily soluble in water, but not in organic solution. SHMP is absorbent to dampness, and turn sticky when absorbed dampness in air. It is possible for SHMP to form solvent compound with metallic ions such as Ca, Ba, Mg, Cu and Fe.

Use:

In food industry, SHMP is mainly used as additive agent, pH adjusting agent and fermentation agent, and nourishment.

Packing:

SHMP is packed in plastic-woven sacks with inner PE bag with the net weight of 25kg, 50kg or 1,000kg. SHMP should be stored in ventilated and dry place.
