Properties:

STPP is white microdot powder with luster with melting point at 622℃. STPP is easily soluble in water, with remarkable chelating ability to some metal ions such as Ca2+, Mg2+. STPP can soften hard water, change suspension into solution.

Use:

STPP is common in food production as E number E451. In foods, STPP is used to retain moisture. Many governments regulate the quantities of STPP allowed in foods, as it can substantially increase the sale weight of seafood in particular.

Plastic-woven sack with polythene inner bag; Net weight 25kg, 50kg or 1000kg; Keep away from water or moisture, do not pile up in the open air.
